The text offers some reflections on the relationship between scientific research (especially in the biomedical field) and legal rules. The so-called "biolaw" and even more a "critical bio-law" (as a reflection on bio-law norms) are called to ensure the identity of research itself, in order to the preservation and implementation of authentic human good.
