Il tema, nei suoi aspetti giuridici, richiama l'attenzione della nostra societaÌ€ - la quale si interroga sul futuro - non solo sulla necessitaÌ€ di conoscere lo stato attuale della ricerca e delle applicazioni del genio genetico, ma anche, anzi soprattutto, sull'opportunitaÌ€ di tentare alcune anticipazioni del « domani», anticipazioni che aiutano a progettare l'avvenire.
