Nel nostro approccio il tossicomane è ritenuto essenzialmente un malato, con un proprio specifico clinico, sia somatico che, soprattutto, psichico. Nell'affrontare il problema-droga crediamo che la "variabile indipendente" non sia il farmaco, ma il soggetto che ne fa uso; e che su questi occorra far leva per la soluzione del problema.
