The author makes some considerations of a psychiatric-forensic nature from the point of view of psychotherapy in the light of Law N. 56 of 1989. His particular interest is centred on the themes connected with the professional liability of the psychotherapist and the complex problem of the type of preparation needed by physicians and psychologists in view of their psychotherapeutic professional practice.
