Il lavoro analizza il tema del diritto al consenso informato. Si parte con un'analisi generale del "nuovo" concetto di salute, per poi passare a trattare più dettagliatamente del diritto de quo. Ci si sofferma in particolare sulla informazione quale requisito atto a renderlo valido e si affronta il tema del nuovo rapporto medico-paziente; infine, si svolgono delle considerazioni critiche rispetto alla cd. spersonalizzazione di tale relazione medicale.

The work deals with the process of the informed consent. It analyzes the "new" right to health; then, it focalizes its attention on the right to be informed before conducting a healthcare. At the end, it considers the theme of the relationship between the doctor and the patient and investigates the problem of its depersonalization.
