Among the most relevant phenomena that have occurred in the health context, also as a result of the SarsCoV-2 pandemic emergency, there is undoubtedly the sudden acceleration of the digitalization process of medicine. If, for a long time, the latter represented a "virtuous component" of healthcare in the richest countries, today it has become a "necessity" for the performance of even ordinary healthcare practices. Rather simple examples are the dematerialization of prescriptions and medical reports, remote clinical checks or the digital tracking of contacts.
