Dall'analisi dei comportamenti sessuali degli adolescenti emerge l'esigenza di una loro educazione alla sessualità quale unica modalità per evitare i rischi che da tali comportamenti potrebbero derivare per l'individuo e per la società. Nel presente contributo, alla luce degli attuali orientamenti pedagogici, si tenta di individuare la strategia educativa più adeguata alle necessità e alle caratteristiche dello sviluppo psico-sessuale degli adolescenti, indicando nel contempo i requisiti che gli educatori (genitori e insegnanti) dovrebbero possedere per essere in grado di affrontare queste delicate problematiche.
