Biogiuridica e ricerca scientifica

Abstract

Il testo propone alcune riflessioni sul rapporto tra ricerca scientifica (specie in ambito biomedico) e norme giuridiche. Il cosiddetto “biodiritto”, ed ancor di più la “biogiuridica” come riflessione critica intorno alle norme del biodiritto, è chiamato a garantire la ricerca affinché sia se stessa, e quindi davvero funzionale alla preservazione ed implementazione dell’autentico bene umano.

The text offers some reflections on the relationship between scientific research (especially in the biomedical field) and legal rules. The so-called “biolaw” and even more a “critical bio-law” (as a reflection on bio-law norms) are called to ensure the identity of research itself, in order to the preservation and implementation of authentic human good.
