L'articolo tratta alcuni dei problemi etici posti dall'AIDS in campo sessuale. L'autore, docente di teologia morale, dopo una breve introduzione di ordine metodologico, dedica il primo paragrafo ad alcune verità fondamentali di morale sessuale coniugale. In seguito affronta in particolare i problemi morali nella vita sessuale coniugale e i problemi morali per nubendi, in relazione soprattutto alla sieropositività.
